*THESE RATES ARE FOR UP TO 5 GUESTS

our rates apply to all ages

● We allow a maximum of 7 guests per unit but there is an extra fee of ₱300 per additional guest, per night

  • 6 guests: ₱2,500 + ₱300 = ₱2,800

  • 7 guests: ₱2,500 + ₱600 = ₱3,100

    (calculated per unit, per night) 

● If there are more than 7 guests in your group, you are welcome to book multiple units 

● Gregorio Homes is currently accommodating guests that are looking for transient stays of up to 30 consecutive nights — we do not currently offer housing for short-term or long-term stays
