We are a family-run business located in Bauang, La Union, Philippines. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a kitchen. Our apartments are fully-furnished and air conditioned. Keep scrolling down to see what we have to offer.

• Two bedrooms: there is a full-sized bed in one room and twin bunk beds in the other (a floor mattress is available upon request) 
• Private kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle, and kitchenware 
• Dining area 
• Living room with television and sala set

• Free wifi access in shared areas 
• Private parking (reservation needed) 
• The area surrounding the building is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance 

• Check-in: after 2PM 
• Check-out: before 11AM 
• We allow a maximum of 7 guests per unit 
• Non-refundable policy for last-minute cancellations and if your group does not show up for your reservation 
• Must be at least 18 years of age to check in 
• Children of all ages are welcome (we do not provide cribs) 
• No smoking allowed inside building 
• No pets allowed 
• No parties or events allowed
